Custom and personalised orders
I am happy to consider custom orders - whether you are looking for a size not listed, one item from a two piece set, an item now showing as 'sold out' or something else, if you get in touch with your request I will let you know if it is possible and give you an idea of the cost.
Care instructions
You will find my recommended care instructions in the description of each item in my shop. These details will also be on the label of each item when you purchase it.
Gift wrapping and packaging
These little luxuries make ideal gifts, especially for yourself.
All items come wrapped in a pretty cotton bag, tied with a ribbon AND have compostabile outer packaging - good for you; good for mother earth.
I am happy to ship straight to a giftee as well as include a hand written personal note as requested, just leave me the info in the note to seller at checkout.
Wholesale availability
Although my items are usually limited edition, in some cases it may be possible to produce on a wholesale scale - do message me if you are looking for something in particular.

When will my item be dispatched?
I will send a note that I have received your order within 24 hours of purchase.
When I have shipped your order I will send you another note letting you know it is now on its way to you, and I will include your items tracking number.
Your item will be dispatched within 1-2 business days unless otherwise notified.
Shipping method and shipping times
All items are shipped via Poste Italiane and will have a tracking number so you can check online it's progress to you.
While packages generally arrive much sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery and up to 4-5 weeks for international delivery before resending/refunding for non delivery.
Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable so do allow extra time for delivery.
